The purpose of this study is to describe the procedures and decision making information system housing credit administration at PT. bank Tabungan Negara (Persero),Tbk Malang and find out how the implementation of the decision making system model Herbert A. Simon to the procedure of housing credit at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero),Tbk Malang as an alternative system of making lending decision.From the results of analysis show that the information system of the PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero),Tbk malang is good enough. But it is in the credit granting decision process still requires some improvements. The conclusion of this study is the decision making process at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero),Tbk Malang, there are still some deficiencies. Suggestions for improvements that add or subtract a few processes that can inhibit or reduce the performance of the involved parts.
